This antique sandpaper painting of a lake and mountain scene appears to be unsigned. Some minute spots can be found in the sky and upper border. THe artist included the border in her work These sandpaper works were produced most often by women between 1860 and 1920. Frame with gilt liner measures 18 1/4" x 25 3/8" & is walnut. The frame has the number 4266415 scratched on the back. A very well done sandpaper painting in a nice frame!
